Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 2026 · Applies to all posts, comments, and messages on Binde

Binde is a place for collectors to share what they love, connect with others who share their passion, and build something genuine together. These guidelines exist to keep that space safe and welcoming for everyone.

What Binde is for

Sharing your collection
Add cards, show off your binder, share recent pickups, and celebrate milestones. This is the heart of Binde.
Genuine conversation
Comment on other collectors' finds, ask questions, trade talk, give and receive feedback — keep it real and constructive.
Trading and discovering collectors
Mark cards available for trade or sale, browse the Discover feed to find collectors near you, and arrange safe in-person swaps at designated Safe Spot locations. Keep listings honest and accurate. Trading and selling always requires location services and a collector within about 250 miles of you, even between people who follow each other. Discover-based trading additionally requires a Public profile — but mutual followers can still trade directly regardless of privacy setting. Binde is built for local, community-based trading, not online commerce.
Building community
Follow people whose collections inspire you. Hype up a great pull. Share knowledge about sets, rarity, and grading.

What's not allowed

Harassment and bullying
Don't target, demean, or repeatedly antagonize other users — in posts, comments, or messages. Disagreements are fine; personal attacks are not.
Hate speech and discrimination
Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Spam and misleading content
Don't post repetitive content, fake prices, fabricated grades, or anything designed to mislead other collectors. Listings must accurately represent the card being sold.
Explicit or graphic content
Binde is used by collectors of all ages. Keep images, language, and discussion appropriate for a general audience.
Privacy violations
Don't post personal information about other people without their consent — including addresses, phone numbers, or private messages.
Fraud and scams
Misrepresenting cards for sale — fake grades, wrong editions, counterfeit cards — will result in immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Unsafe trade arrangements
When arranging in-person trades, always use a designated Safe Spot location. Do not pressure other users to meet in private or unverified locations. Binde is not responsible for what happens outside the app, but we take reports of unsafe behavior seriously.

How we enforce these guidelines

1
Report Any post, comment, or message can be reported directly in the app using the ⋯ menu or 🚩 button. All reports go to our review queue.
2
Review We review every report. Context matters — we look at the full picture before taking action.
3
Action Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict posting, or permanently remove an account. Serious violations result in immediate removal.
4
Block You can block any user at any time from their profile. Blocking removes the follow relationship and hides their content from your feed immediately.

Our commitment to you

We take these guidelines seriously and apply them consistently. We will never tolerate harassment, hate, or fraud on Binde.

If you feel unsafe or are experiencing an issue that needs immediate attention, contact us at evanmarkleybinde1@gmail.com. We respond to all safety-related messages within 24 hours.
